Learning Disability - Charles Schwab
Here it is - Schwab Learning, funded by the Charles and Helen Schwab Foundation,

Charles Schwab and his son both have dyslexia. Each month, the Foundation helps about 1000 families:

letter to the Editor of The Wall Street Journal "The ‘Invisible Disability’"
arguing for the need to have accomodations on standardized tests for students with reading disabilities.
