About AntonAnton Bantock is founder and Vice Chancellor of the University of Withywood - a non-elitist, community oriented university in Bristol, U.K. that helps fund the education of needy students in Bristol and developing countries. The University has been registered as a charitable organization since 1996.Anton is also an eminent historian who gives lectures and has written several books chronicling some of his nomadic adventures. These sketch books contain his masterfully detailed drawings of some of the sights. Travel Letters and SketchbooksAnton is a skilled artist and takes a sketch book on his travels around the world where you or I would take a camera. He's produced hundreds of drawings of local scenes, some of which are used on Christmas cards sold to raise money for the University of Withywood's sponsorshop fund.
