SLIMMING

You diet here you diet there
It does not get you anywhere
You try with exercise
Which seems very wise
You lift your arm
You lift your leg
You turn and twist
And bend your back
You jog and run
Right up the hill
And down again at will

The fat won't shift
How hard you try
You bounce and lift
And nearly cry
But all you really do you see
Is not to fill your stomach to capacity
Only then you lose your fat
And that is that...
